Action Figure #39: DC Universe Classics The Penguin

  This is not Danny Devito.

I'm not out of Batman villains yet! The Penguin is up next, a rather underrated villain because of how silly he looks... and the villain they had gain the upperhand on Nightwing in Arkham Knight because screw us Nightwing fans, right?
The sculpt is brilliant, the face is very creepy, which suits him so well! His arms are a bit lanky, but I think they fit the rest of the body to give him a more unusual shape, which I think it's oddly fitting. He comes outfitted with an Umbrella he can barely hold.
Articulation is what you'd expect... except that he can barely move his legs, even though they seem articulated. What's more, the torso joint BROKE while I tried to move his legs, so now his torso is eternally glued onto his waist. They shouldn't have even given him the illusion of articulation on the legs.
Aesthetically, it's a good looking figure, but the articulation leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, it's not like the Penguin is the most athletic Batman villain, but why even bother giving him leg articulation if he can barely move them? It's a trap!
