Oh, look, it's a recycled character.
The history behind
Angela is a doozy. You can see that she looks very
risque for the new Disneyfied Marvel, so what gives? She was originally a Spawn character created by Neil Gailman, the guy had to fight for the rights to her, so once he finally won them... he sold the character to Marvel!
I'm pretty sure that she's an entirely new buck, because this girls is
HUGE. And she's full of details everywhere, her boots, her arms, her armored bra, her hair, EVERYTHING. Not only is she, what seems like, a completely new sculpt, but she looks great. And the armor being painted gold? Just the cherry on top!
The articulation, sadly, is typical of Hasbro's figures, and she also has the short range on the single-jointed elbows... a bit sad, because otherwise this figure is SO good. She's quite a bit taller than Bucky Cap.
Fantastic figure, if only the articulation was a little bit better...
