I'd become a sith too if I had no hair.
Star Wars Clone Wars had a lot of great things, chief among them Asajj Ventress the disciple of Darth Tyrannus. Look, she was cool in The Clone Wars, but it's not until Clone Wars that we got the most out of her. And, while I like her character arc, eventually going against Dooku, the becoming disenfranchised from both Jedi and Sith, only to be redeemed in Rebels... but this bald, Sith look is, to me, her most iconic look. She is a simple design, so I feel they got the most they could have out of it. Her torso is particularly bland looking, the metallic purple paint is nice and everything, but her body, like her bust, could've used more details to make up for it, I mean, just turn her around and you'll notice how much love her exposed back got. Meanwhile, her arms are as bland as the torso, but thankfully the wraps around her forearms make up for it. I particularly love how the head sculpt came out, it's very angular, like it is on the show, but with a more realistic spin on it to have her look like the other Black Series figures. He soft-goods skirt is probably the best quality I've seen Hasbro use on a soft-good piece before, as it feels soft and nice to the touch. The metallic sheen on it is also very good looking. Her only accessory is her blade that can split into two. I had to cut the pegs, which could've been used to store the hilts on her belt, because they made it hard for her to hold the light sabers with a good grip. Honestly, I'm tired of these pegs, these figures should come with two hilts, one for slotting and one for the blade, because some of these Siths have a hard time wielding their sabers.
The articulation is alright, Black Series has done better. She has no butterfly joints, and her torso only gets a ball jointed waist. Her single jointed elbows and knees go over 90 degrees, so that's nice. She also has useless thigh swivels. I actually hate this on this figure, because sometimes I have to lift her skirt up to make sure that her legs are correctly lined up. She is quite short, about a full head shorter than Bucky Cap.
She's not perfect but... For the most part, I can say that I like this figure. A bit more detail on her body some butterfly joints, removing the swivels on the thighs could made it even better, but I'm content with it, I don't think she'd need an update any time soon.
