He is not a Mongol... or is he?
A character inspired by Genghis Khan, I really don't know much about Mongul. I've seen him in a few animated series, a few Green Lantern Comics and that one time during DAROS, but other than that... I know zilch about him.He is a beefy boy. I'm more used to him being a bit more yellow than the brown they chose for his skin tone, but maybe this is another version of the character than the one I'm familiar with? I wouldn't know, it still looks fine, just different than what I expected. The sculpt itself is very nice, he looks very imposing, and the details on his face are great, he is one grump baddy.
Sadly, the articulation is a bit lackluster. While he has the basic DCUC articulation, his arms and legs can't split sideways very far, and his torso can't turn many degrees, which makes for a stiff looking character. He is quite a bit taller than the Bucky Cap Mold.
And this is how far he can raise his arms to the sides, and how much he can turn his torso and split his legs, clearly, the guy isn't very athletic!
He is a decent figure, but he gains most of his points from how good his sculpt is, as the articulation could've been a lot better.
