But I thought he only had one ninja way?
You gotta hand it to Anime Heroes, they made an Uzumaki Naruto Sage of the Six Paths Mode action figure before anybody else.Well... I've got mixed feelings about the sculpt. On the one hand, the yellow they picked is PERFECT, and I love how it looks with the black. I also love how they made the Truth-Seeking orbs, it's a transparent oval that plugs into his back and it holds them together, it looks great. I just love looking at this guy because the colors make me all happy inside. That said... he looks a bit dorky. His torso and legs are like a giant rectangle, there are no deltoids, no pecs, no shoulders, nothing. His feet are particularly silly, it seems the holes, for the pegs, aren't properly centered, so it's impossible to stand him without his feet looking weird. And, despite how much I like the colors... he looks so plastic-y, you can tell that this is a toy.
Articulation is alright. Double jointed knees and elbows, and the arms are joined to the shoulders using ball-joints, giving his arms a lot of range. That said... while he has a waist swivel, there's no ab crunch. His knees look very weird, because instead of knees he has these tiny rectangular thingies. That said, the legs are a bit hard to balance, because if one leg goes down, the other one goes up, inside the pelvis I mean, so sometimes getting the legs at the same height can be tough.
On the one hand, he is the only Six Paths Naruto figure available at the time. On the other hand, he leaves a lot to be desired. But he'll do fine... until Figuarts releases their version.
