Can he be Super without a cape?
As I wrote on the Pre Vizsla entry, I discovered that the
Mandalorian Super Commando was a thing only recently, and that he was kinda expensive... until I got him for cheap on Ebay!
The Super Commando is yet another Jango Fett palette swap, for
good or bad. I really liked the Jango buck, despite the arm articulation, so I like it. He has a much cooler paint job that Pre Vizsla, thanks to all the red paint, but he also has
SPIKES on his helmet and shoulder pads. He looks great, truly. He comes with a pair of guns and a jetpack.
So... yeah, same articulation as Jango and Pre Vizsla. While not fixing the range on the bed is pretty bad, in the Super Commando's case I don't mind it as much since he should be shooting and not using a blade. He is a bit shorter than Bucky Cap.
Yeah, the articulation is a bit dated, and yeah, I was probably a bit too enthusiastic with Jango's score... but the Super Commando is a pretty decent figure, and I like him more than Pre Vizsla. Hey, a good paint job can go a
long way.
