Three words: Spin 2 Win. Well, two words and a 2.
You had to be there, back when
Garen was new, you could just stack Fire-Capes and use his spinning attack to destroy ANYONE, and thus,
Spin-2-Win was born.
The sculpt is kind of a mixed bag. I like his size, he looks like a strong knight, however, much like every other figure in this collection, between the headsculpt and the color choices... he looks
too much like a toy.
But it's biggest
sin is the articulation. The huge pauldrons look cool, they do, but... the way they are designed they limit just how much he can raise his arms to the side. And I know this because one of them came off and suddenly he had proper range. He has no bicep swivel, so you'll have to do with turning his hands. The legs and arms are double-jointed, at least.... but he has no waist swivel, and his only torso articulation is an hinge. This is the Spin-2-Win guy and he
can't rotate his torso. Let that sink in.
So far, this has been the weakest LoL figure yet. He is still not horrible, but... c'mon, no way to turn his torso? That's criminal on a Garen figure.
