Venom, family-sized.
Monster Venom holds a special place in my collection, as he was the very first BAF I ever completed. I cheated a bit, because I wasn't interested in Spider-Ham... so I just bought his torso online!
We've seen this guy before, haven't we? Well, yes, as this mold was later
reused for a Black Venom... and Riot! He looks great, and he got painted in metallic purple, which makes him closer to Ultimate Venom... although the shaky white spider design, as well as the
bulky build is more reminiscent of Mac Gargan as Venom. If you want a mean Venom, this is probably the way to go.
The articulation is.... it's
great! Swivels on the arms and legs, double jointed knees, single jointed elbows, as well as ball joins on the arms, a waist swivel and even an ab crunch on a hinge! if you toy around with the swivels on the legs, you can get a large amount of poses on him that you wouldn't expect out of his size! The hands can also serve to hold other smaller figures too. Naturally, he is taller than the Bucky Cap mold.
Fantastic figure, great size, great paint, great articulation.
