Can't believe we are remastering toys now.
Well, I was missing an incarnation of the
Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger so why not get the remastered version, right? He hasn't gotten as expensive as the other ones yet! With him, now I own the full MMPR team... it's just that the Pink and Yellow Rangers are still new in box, so I haven't opened them yet!...

Well, there's not much to say here, he looks like any other Mighty Morphin Ranger but in blue. The design looks pretty good in blue, and they did a good job with the tiny triceratops logo on the belt. One thing, it's quite noticeable the different whites between the white paint and the white plastic, like on the hands, boots and butterfly joints, but it's not too bad. This Billy comes with two ground energy effects, which I'm missing 'cause I bought him
loose, six different hands, a mini morpher, the gun-dagger weapon in all three forms, his double trident and a split version of it. He also comes with an unmorphed headsculpt that looks really good and has
removable glasses!
Articulation is, well, the same as the latter releases. Double jointed elbows and knees, butterfly joints, swivels on the biceps, thighs and boots, a hinged waist a ball jointed ab crunch. Sadly, he does have the drop-down hips. He is just a bit shorter than Bucky Cap.
Well, Billy is a good looking Ranger, and fun to play with... it's just that, well, there's nothing remarkable about him, but what can ya do, they did the best they could with the design.
