I'd keep the pins and needles away from him.
Brother Voodoo is a character I never cared too much about, but he came with a Blackheart piece, so I kinda had to get him. No regrets, as I saw him in a Spider-man Team Up comic, and he was also part of an Avengers Storyline in which Strange named him as his successor, so I would've eventually gotten him anyways... it's just that I don't care too much about Marvel Magic characters, such as him and Strange. He seems to be using Grim Reaper's torso, but Vulcan's arms, which makes him look pretty beefy and angularly muscular, which I like but I don't know if it's the best fit for a sorcerer character. His belt is made up of a twisty soft plastic that looks really cool, and they gave him a fantastic head sculpt. He has a very comic-y square jaw, but not overly done like they've done with other human faces, so I really liked that. He comes with his staff, two purple energy effects, a punch hand, a energy grip hand and... and two trigger finger hands. What the hell? At least they have a good grip on his staff, but they look weird. It was probably done because the trigger finger hands have vertical hinges on them, which allow for some cool staff poses.
His staff is the gummiest accessory I have ever seen. This thing is almost pathetic, at least it looks sorta cool.
The white paint could've used more layers, because it looks as if it will chip very easily, and his legs have a few spots of missing white paint.
The articulation is you basic Marvel Legends fare. Double jointed elbows and knees, swivels on his waist, biceps, thighs and boots, as well as a hinged ab-crunch. His right shoulder seems to rest higher than it should, so one has to be careful when moving it so as not to stress the gummy shoulder pegs. The cape looks beautiful, but, it's made of plastic so it does hamper articulation, and it will make moving the worrying shoulder a bit more worrisome. He is a bit taller than Bucky Cap.
Well, he is a good looking Marvel Legends, I just wish he was a bit less gummier. His cape looks nice, but it does hamper the articulation, sadly. But, really, he is a decent addition to my collection.
